Kandinsky Cardboard Paper Tree

Hi everybody how was your weekend? Children back to school after Easter holidays and the weather is a lot better today here in South England.

Today inspired from Kandinsky, the famous Russian  painter, and by this lovely website  Art Projects for Kids: Kandinsky Trees. I decided to make this  abstract picture using recycled resources. It is very simple and easy to make.

What you need:

Cardboard, some colored paper, scissors, glue, pencil.

How to do it:

Draw and then cut a shape of a trunk from your cardboard. Cut some circles of different widths from you colored paper.

Attach the circles on your tree trunk as you can see in the picture above.

I like this tree, it would look really nice in front of a card with heavy paper as a gift! 🙂 very nice Izabel! Hope you will have a great week , glad the weather is better there too! (for us it’s sunny today!) 🙂
